Basketball Recap: Mount Juliet Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Mount Juliet had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 71-26 loss at the hands of the Clarksville Wildcats. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

The victory got Clarksville back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Mount Juliet will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Oakland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clarksville, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Northwest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
