Softball Game Preview: West Chicago Wildcats vs. Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs

The West Chicago Wildcats will challenge the Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

West Chicago lost 10-3 to St. Charles North on Saturday. The Wildcats have struggled against the North Stars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Riverside-Brookfield never let their opponents score on Monday. They blew past Ridgewood 13-0. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Riverside-Brookfield moved to 9-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for West Chicago, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.

West Chicago took their victory against Riverside-Brookfield in their previous matchup on April 8th by a conclusive 15-3 score. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
