Basketball Recap: St. Mary Takes a Loss

St. Mary has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They had to suffer through a 72-43 loss at the hands of the Calloway County Lakers. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Lakers are ranked sixth).

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 22-9. As for Calloway County, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 29-3.

As of now, neither St. Mary nor Calloway County have any future games scheduled.
