Softball Recap: Sutherlin Bulldogs vs. Glide Wildcats

Sutherlin had lost four straight at home, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 2-8 to make it five. They lost 16-4 to the Glide Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-2 defeat on Friday.

Morgan McKinney made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

As for Glide, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games.
