Basketball Recap: Rustin Wins Going Away Against Irving

Rustin won against CSI International Studies last Saturday with 70 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. Everything went Rustin's way against Irving as Rustin made off with a 70-48 win. The contest marked Rustin's most dominant victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Rustin and bumps their season record up to 3-5. As for Irving, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Rustin has already played their next matchup, an 81-52 defeat against Graphics on the 10th. As for Irving, they will face off against Bergtraum at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bergtraum knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Irving likes a good challenge.
