Soccer Recap: Pasquotank County Comes Up Short

The Pasquotank County Panthers came up short against the Albemarle School Colts on Friday, falling 5-2. Pasquotank County were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Orbel Jimenez Acosta and Rafael Aguilar Hernandez scored both of Pasquotank County's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

This is the second loss in a row for Pasquotank County and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pasquotank County will square off against Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Albemarle School, they will take on Mattamuskeet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
