Volleyball Game Preview: Mendon Hornets vs. Climax-Scotts Panthers

The Mendon Hornets will face off against the Climax-Scotts Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mendon is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

On Thursday, Mendon was able to grind out a solid victory over Pittsford, taking the game 2-0.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Thursday. Climax-Scotts had just enough and edged out Addison 1-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Climax-Scotts has posted since August 23rd.

Mendon's victory bumped their record up to 23-3-1. As for Climax-Scotts, their win bumped their record up to 19-5-5.

Mendon took their victory against Climax-Scotts in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
