Football Recap: Manasquan Beats Brick Township for Their Fourth Straight Victory + How To Watch

After only seven points in their last contest, Manasquan made sure to put some points up on the board against Brick Township on Friday. The Warriors blew past the Green Dragons 34-14. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won three games by 20 points or more so far this season.

Ace Etienne went supernova, rushing for 183 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in November of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Brick Township lost, don't look at James Hirtes. Despite the final result, he rushed for 110 yards and one TD, and also threw for 165 yards and one touchdown. With that strong performance, Hirtes is now averaging an impressive 100.6 rushing yards per game.

The win (which was Manasquan's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.3 points on average over those games. As for Brick Township, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-5.
