Wyandotte's Ryan Garrett recorded the longest rushing play in 2A District 8 this season in his game against Caney Valley last week. Garrett's team topped the Trojans as he sprinted for 78 yards on the play and finished with 160 in all.

Ketchum scaled the state rankings by moving to 230 from 258 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Warriors climbed the ranks as a result of besting Fairland 27-20.

Wyandotte's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Garrett threw for 101 yards and Seth Shettlesworth had 63 yards receiving. On the ground Clayton Stone contributed 230 yards.
