Lowell is a perfect 4-0 against Central Linn since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Devils will challenge the Cobras at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lowell has seven straight wins, Central Linn has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Lowell is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: St. Paul, who was ranked tenth at the time (Lowell was ranked 13th). The Devils took down the Buckaroos 36-20 on Friday.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 58-14, which was the final score in Central Linn's tilt against Waldport on Friday.

Lowell will have to contain Hank Davidson as he made an impact in Central Linn's last game. He rushed for 78 yards and one score on only ten carries. Jacob Helms also deserves some recognition as he passed for his first passing touchdown of the season.

Central Linn's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lowell, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.

Everything came up roses for Lowell against Central Linn in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, as the team secured a 55-14 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
