Basketball Recap: Commerce Comes Up Short

Commerce was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 42-28 to the Oglethorpe County Patriots. The match was a 18-18 toss-up at halftime, but the Tigers couldn't quite close it out.

Commerce's loss dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Oglethorpe County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-16.

As of now, neither Commerce nor Oglethorpe County have any future games scheduled.
