Recap: Wahoo Warriors vs. Plattsmouth Blue Devils
The Wahoo Warriors stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 72-30 victory over Plattsmouth. Winning may never get old, but Wahoo sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
It was another big night for Marcus Glock, who scored 29 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. He hasn't dropped below 19 points for eight straight games. Dylan Simons was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Wahoo has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Plattsmouth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-14.
Wahoo won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Yutan on February 9th. Yutan is coming into the matchup with three straight losses on the road, meaning Wahoo will have to defend against a team hungry for a win. As for Plattsmouth, they will challenge Ralston at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ralston has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
