Providence Catholic is a perfect 3-0 against St. Patrick since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Celtics will host the Shamrocks at 4:30 p.m. Providence Catholic will be strutting in after a victory while St. Patrick will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Providence Catholic got the win against Saint Ignatius College Prep by a conclusive 11-1. The Celtics might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 12 runs the game before, St. Patrick was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They lost 8-1 to Latin.

The win made it two in a row for Providence Catholic and bumps their season record up to 19-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for St. Patrick, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season.
