Volleyball Game Preview: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Fort Hamilton Tigers

After both having extra time off, the Lincoln Railsplitters and the Fort Hamilton Tigers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Lincoln has struggled recently with 11 defeats in a row, while Fort Hamilton will arrive with three straight wins.

Last Friday, Lincoln came up short against Lafayette and fell 2-0.

Meanwhile, Fort Hamilton earned a 2-0 victory over Lafayette last Monday.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Fort Hamilton, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Lincoln couldn't quite get it done against Fort Hamilton in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Railsplitters avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
