D.C. Everest lost against Luxemburg-Casco back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Evergreens fell 2-0 to the Spartans. The Evergreens' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Ella Eckhoff paced D.C. Everest's offense, picking up six kills. Eckhoff got some help from Tatum Arndt and her 11 assists.

D.C. Everest's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Luxemburg-Casco, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-7.

D.C. Everest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Green Bay Preble on the 27th. As for Luxemburg-Casco, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Stevens Point on the 27th.
