Basketball Recap: South Hadley Takes a Loss

South Hadley lost against Monument Mountain back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The South Hadley Tigers came up short against the Monument Mountain Spartans, falling 86-64.

South Hadley has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6-1 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. Monument Mountain has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season.

South Hadley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monument Mountain, they will be playing at home against Pittsfield at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
