After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pima, Scottsdale Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They breezed by the Madison Highland Prep Heat to the tune of 72-16. The matchup marked the Eagles' most dominant win of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Madison Highland Prep lost, don't look at Madeline Leonard. Despite the final result, she posted 12 points. That was a full 75% of Madison Highland Prep's points, marking the ninth time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points.

Scottsdale Christian Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Madison Highland Prep, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.

Scottsdale Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 49-15 defeat against Glendale Prep Academy on the 11th. As for Madison Highland Prep, they will face off against Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
