Fairfield had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the York Catholic Fighting Irish by a score of 3-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Fairfield were the better team in the second half.

Fairfield's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for York Catholic, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
