Football Game Preview: Clark Chargers vs. Legacy Longhorns

The Clark Chargers will venture away from home to take on the Legacy Longhorns at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Clark is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nevada's top teams: Arbor View, who was ranked tenth at the time (Clark was ranked 22nd). Clark took a 14-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of Arbor View. The Chargers haven't had much luck with the Aggies recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Clark's loss came about despite a quality game from Ava Reed, who rushed for 47 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, Legacy took their matchup back in December of 2024 with ease, bagging a 48-18 victory over Faith Lutheran. The Longhorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 30 points or more this season.

Clark's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Legacy, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Clark might still be hurting after the 26-6 loss they got from Legacy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Can Clark avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
