Ell-Saline extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Rossville. They secured an 82-78 W over the Rossville Bulldogs. The Cardinals' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The win (which was Ell-Saline's third in a row) raised their record to 19-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Rossville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 16-8 record.

Looking ahead, Ell-Saline will square off against Sterling at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Sterling knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 games -- so hopefully Ell-Saline likes a good challenge. Rossville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
