Basketball Recap: Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Takes a Loss

Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn lost against South O'Brien back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks were outmatched by the South O'Brien Wolverines and fell 68-40. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for South O'Brien, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2.

Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn will be home for the holidays to greet St. Mary's at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South O'Brien, they will head out on the road to face off against Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
