Parrish Community waltzed into their contest on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Sarasota Sailors by a score of 35-28. The Bulls have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sailors, too.

Parrish Community was led to victory by Jacoby Thomas and Brycen Volz. Thomas gained 239 total yards and a touchdown, while Volz threw for 214 yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Thomas a new career-high in rushing yards (201). Parrish Community's leading receiver Nathan Schueller was Volz's top target yet again, picking up 92 receiving yards and one TD.

Parrish Community was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 317 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Parrish Community's record now sits at 9-1. As for Sarasota, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
