Basketball Recap: Linn Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Linn can now relate to. They lost 65-41 to the Axtell Eagles on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

Linn's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Axtell, the victory (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 20-1.

As of now, neither Linn nor Axtell have any future games scheduled.
