Soccer Recap: Dallas HSAA Has No Trouble Against Carter-Riverside

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dallas HSAA). They never let the Carter-Riverside Eagles onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Saturday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Angels with their most commanding win of the season.

The win was the third in a row for Dallas HSAA, bringing their record for this year to 3-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three games. As for Carter-Riverside, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Dallas HSAA will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against John Paul II at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. John Paul II will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Dallas HSAA surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carter-Riverside, they will face off against Caddo Mills at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. Carter-Riverside's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
