Basketball Recap: Alvarado Comes Up Short

Alvarado came up into this matchup off a tough 20-point defeat last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Gordon Longhorns by a score of 68-66 on Thursday. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alvarado's loss dropped their record down to 8-9.

Alvarado's road trip will continue as they head out to face Jarrell at 9:20 a.m. on Friday. As for Gordon, they will take on La Grange in a tournament on Saturday.
