Softball Recap: Dexter Demons vs. Jal Panthers

Dexter can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Jal Panthers an 18-0 shutout. Give Dexter's pitching crew some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Kaylonie Nevarez made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Nevarez was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
