Laguna Beach came into Wednesday's game having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 70-46 margin over the Costa Mesa Mustangs on Wednesday. The Breakers not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since November 24th (when they won 71-34).

Laguna Beach was led to victory by Owen Fouhy and Brody Azadian. Fouhy posted 21 points, while Azadian had 21 points. Mason Tate was another key player, putting up ten points.

Laguna Beach's win bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Costa Mesa, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Looking ahead, Laguna Beach will be home for the holidays to greet Aliso Niguel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Breakers will be up against the Wolverines' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.69 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Costa Mesa, they will venture away from home to square off against Fountain Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will need to watch out since the Barons have now posted at least 55 points in their last five contests.
