Basketball Recap: Granby Memorial Takes a Loss

Granby Memorial was the 39-20 winner over East Granby when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Granby Memorial Bears fell just short of the East Granby Crusaders by a score of 23-20 on Tuesday. The game marked the Bears' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Granby Memorial and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for East Granby, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Granby Memorial will head out on the road to challenge Canton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for East Granby, they and Windham RVT will face off at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
