Volleyball Recap: Holbrook Roadrunners vs. Snowflake Lobos
Holbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Snowflake Lobos. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roadrunners of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-20, 25-10.
Holbrook's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Snowflake, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 18-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holbrook will face off against Chinle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Chinle is coming into the contest with three straight wins on the road, so Holbrook will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. After both having extra time off, Snowflake and Winslow will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
