Football Recap: McDaniel Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If McDaniel was feeling good fresh off their 41-19 takedown of Cleveland last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mountain Lions had to suffer through a 35-6 loss at the hands of the Lincoln Cardinals. The Mountain Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 21-0.

Gregory Kirby threw for 47 yards. Isaiah Flake was his top target, picking up 30 receiving yards. On the ground, Tyree Brown rushed for 73 yards and one TD on only six carries.

McDaniel's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lincoln, their win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
