Basketball Game Preview: Cambridge Bears vs. Etowah Eagles + How To Watch

The Cambridge Bears are taking a road trip to challenge the Etowah Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Cambridge has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Cambridge is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since December 28, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 83-62 to Marietta. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (60), the Bears still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Etowah ended up a good deal behind Archer on Tuesday and lost 64-46.

Etowah's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Cambridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Cambridge came up short against Etowah in their previous meeting back in November of 2019, falling 55-45. Can the Bears avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
