Baseball Recap: West Perry Beats James Buchanan for Their Fourth Straight Win

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but West Perry ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the James Buchanan Rockets, sneaking past 14-13. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-6 on April 1st.

The win (which was West Perry's fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for James Buchanan, they moved to 8-5-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
