Soccer Recap: Aloha Comes Up Short

Aloha lost against Beaverton back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors lost 5-1 to the Beavers. While losing is never fun, Aloha can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oregon soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while Beaverton are ranked sixth).

Aloha's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1. As for Beaverton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-1-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Aloha will challenge rival Mountainside at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Beaverton is set to take on their familiar foe Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
