Cascade entered their tilt with Stayton on Thursday with ten consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 11. They were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 last Monday.

Taylor Bays spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four runs (all of which were unearned) on nine hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up a single walk in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Maddy Tingle was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Cassidy Crabtree, who went 4-for-5 with one stolen base and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Cascade kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in four consecutive contests.

Cascade's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Stayton, they moved to 10-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
