Seymour waltzed into their contest on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Indian Creek Braves.
Zoe Williams paced Seymour's offense, picking up ten kills. Williams got some help from Anna Fish and her 22 assists. Brooklyn Richey controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Seymour now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Indian Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-4.
Coincidentally, Seymour and Indian Creek will both be playing Indianapolis Bishop Chatard the next time they take the court. The Owls will host the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Braves will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
