Volleyball Recap: Rockwall Find Success

Rockwall picked up another tournament win on Thursday. They came out on top against the Salado Eagles by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Yellowjackets.

Ryan Anderson paced Rockwall's offense, picking up nine kills. Anderson got some help from Ainsley Edgington and her 23 assists. Anderson was also a major player on defense: she and she shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Rockwall's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Salado, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-6 record this season.

Rockwall has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Round Rock on the 28th. As for Salado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Torrey Pines on the 28th.
