Volleyball Recap: Albany Takes a Loss

Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Flagstaff Eagles.

Albany's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Flagstaff, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

Albany wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Bonita Vista on the 10th. As for Flagstaff, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Brawley on the 10th.
