Baseball Recap: Alcona Takes a Loss

Alcona fell victim to Rogers City and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Hurons, falling 37-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Hurons recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Alcona's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Rogers City, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alcona will challenge rival Au Gres-Sims at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rogers City is set to face off against their familiar foe Oscoda at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
