Gatlinburg-Pittman won the last time they faced Clinton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Highlanders snuck past the Dragons with a 60-55 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Highlanders.

Jayden Barton had a dynamite game, almost dropping a double-double with 34 points and nine steals. Malachi Palmer was another key player, putting up 11 points and eight boards.

Gatlinburg-Pittman's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Clinton, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.

Gatlinburg-Pittman has already played their next contest, a 52-45 victory against Lenoir City on the 22nd. As for Clinton, they will face off against KACHEA at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
