Woodside and Kecoughtan are an even 4-4-2 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Wolverines will challenge the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodside will be strutting in after a win while Kecoughtan will be coming in after a loss.

If Kecoughtan heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Woodside took over last week. The Wolverines came out on top against Hampton by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Woodside.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Kecoughtan's offense. They came up short against Gloucester on Thursday, falling 4-0. Kecoughtan have struggled against Gloucester recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

The victory got Woodside back to even at 6-6. As for Kecoughtan, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1.

Woodside took their win against Kecoughtan in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
