Football Recap: Williston Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Williston scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They had to suffer through a 56-18 loss at the hands of Legacy. If the Coyotes were looking for revenge after losing 45-14 to Legacy when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Legacy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jack Julson, who picked up 95 receiving yards and one TD. That's the most receiving yards Julson has posted since back in September of 2024.

Williston's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Legacy, they pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Williston will look to defend their home field on Friday against Century at 7:00 p.m. The Patriots' defense has only allowed 13.4 points per game this season, so the Coyotes' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Legacy, they will square off against Minot on Friday. Legacy will be up against the Magicians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.8 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
