Soccer Recap: Bainbridge Falls Short of North Kitsap in the Playoffs

Bainbridge and North Kitsap squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Bainbridge had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1. The loss was Bainbridge's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bainbridge fell to 22-1. As for North Kitsap, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-4.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Bainbridge will take on Sehome at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for North Kitsap, they will square off against Columbia River at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Columbia River will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something North Kitsap surely won't give up without a fight.
