Baseball Recap: Many Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Many, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Lakeside Warriors on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Warriors on Thursday, they had to take a 4-1 defeat.

Tuffy Cutrer spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on six hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Many is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-7 otherwise.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brock Sylvia, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. Gavin Roark was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
