Shadow Hills put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Xavier Prep Saints a 32-0 shutout. That looming 32-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Knights yet this season.

Karla Cerda was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gianna Hernandez, who fired off seven RBI, four runs, and three doubles while going 5-for-5. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in hits. The team also got some help courtesy of Amariah Rodriguez, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.

Shadow Hills always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .750. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Xavier Prep only posted an OBP of .000.

Shadow Hills' record is now 4-1. As for Xavier Prep, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Shadow Hills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Liberty on the 12th. Xavier Prep has also already played their next matchup (against Rim of the World), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
