Basketball Recap: Evansville Christian Takes a Loss

Evansville Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Boonville Pioneers, falling 76-34. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-30 last Friday.

Evansville Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Boonville, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Evansville Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 47-38 defeat against South Spencer on the 27th. As for Boonville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 55-45 loss against Charlestown on the 27th.
