Basketball Recap: Fort Fairfield Takes a Loss

Fort Fairfield was the 53-28 winner over Ashland when they last played one another back in January of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Fort Fairfield Tigers fell 45-32 to the Ashland Hornets on Friday.

Fort Fairfield's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Ashland, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Fort Fairfield Tigers take on the Katahdin Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Ashland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
