Milpitas's leading rusher did her thing again on Wednesday. Los Altos had no answer to Bren David as she rushed for 85 yards and one TD on only nine carries. David has been hot recently, having also posted three or more passing touchdowns the last four times she's played.

Looking ahead, David and Milpitas will take on Mountain View at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Spartans thanks in part to David: she threw for 109 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 84 yards on only nine carries.
