Basketball Recap: Goshen Central Comes Up Short

Goshen Central lost against Warwick back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Goshen Central Gladiators fell to the Warwick Wildcats 51-45. The Gladiators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Goshen Central now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Warwick, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Goshen Central and Washingtonville will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Warwick, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Warwick Wildcats take on the Kingston Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Kingston knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Warwick likes a good challenge.
