Basketball Recap: White Shield Comes Up Short

White Shield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 35th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Wilton/Wing Miners 68-17. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Miners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-30 back in January.

White Shield's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Wilton/Wing, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12.

White Shield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wilton/Wing, they will be playing at home against Garrison at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
