Kelsey Vaught made a splash, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off nine hits. She was dominant the last time she took on Union Grove back in March of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with more than seven strikeouts. On the season, Vaught has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 3.46 over 93 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.441/0.492/0.644 with 23 runs, plus 12 stolen bases.
